Follow the steps from 1 to 6 to add a new user to your Google Analytics reports.
Keep in mind:
- There is a difference between a “Account”, “Property” and “View”. You may have multiple websites (a.k.a. Properties) setup under the same Account. Typically, you need to give access to a Property. So make sure you select this correctly (see Step 2 in graphic)
- If you don’t want the new user to update or delete your settings, don’t select the “Edit” checkbox in the permissions dropdown (in Step 5)
